Refund Policy

This policy explains how LinguaVoice handles cancellations, revisions and refund requests for voiceover bookings.

This is a practical launch policy. Specific cases may be reviewed individually by LinguaVoice support.

Before Work Starts

If a booking is paid but the artist has not started work, contact us as soon as possible. We may cancel the order and arrange a refund, less any unavoidable payment processing costs where applicable.

After Work Starts

Once the artist has begun recording or production, refunds are not automatic. We will first try to resolve the issue through revisions, clarification of the brief or support review.

Delivered Work

If delivered audio does not match the agreed brief, clients should request revisions through the platform. Reasonable corrections are normally handled before refund review.

Client Changes

Script changes, new direction, different pronunciation not provided in the original brief, or expanded usage may require a new fee rather than a refund.

Disputes

LinguaVoice may review scripts, briefs, messages, uploaded files and delivered audio before deciding whether a refund, partial refund, revision or payout is appropriate.
